COVID-19 Data Collection - Healthcare Science

This is the Health Education England ‘Clinical Professions – COVID-19 Training Data Tool’ for Healthcare Science Practitioner Training Programme (Year Two) student deployment into paid-placements.

Through this tool, HEE is collecting key data related to:

• All second year PTP students who may be eligible to ‘opt-in’ to a paid-placement;
• The students – their information, their eligibility, their willingness – to opt-in;
• National Insurance Numbers to link students to the NHS’ ESR system;
• Details of agreed deployments once students commence their placement.

This data will enable HEE to understand current placement activity and ensure HEE can support HEIs to progress students into their next academic year.
